It started with a quiet walk in the woods — no distractions, just breath, earth, and presence.
In that moment, I realized how disconnected I had become from my body and the way we were meant to move.
Most shoes felt wrong. Heavy. Restrictive. Unnatural.
So I asked: what if movement could feel free again?
